Ukrainian UAVs hit oil facilities, drone plant deep in Russia

Ukraine launched more drone attacks on energy and military facilities deep in Russia on Wednesday.

Two energy facilities - Kuzmichi-1 oil pumping station Kuibyshev-Tikhoretsk main oil pipeline were struck in Volgorad region. Kuzmichi-1 is part of the transport system for crude oil to southern regions, while Zenzevatka oil pumping station, which transports oil through the Kuibyshev-Tikhoretsk main oil pipeline.

Another drone attack targeted a drone production factory in Russia’s border Belgorod region to undermine Russia’s drone production capacity. Ukrainian drone attack also targeted the Black Sea Fleet in Russia’s Novorosiysk port city in Krasnodar reigon. The regional governor Veniamin Kondratyev said two people were killed and three were injured in the attack. The attack also damaged local office of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, an Aurora residential complex, seven buildings and around twenty vehicles, according to local reports. Video footage shared on social media platforms showed the Ukrainain drones being struck near the shores of Novorossiysk in the Tsemess Bay area.

 Crimean Wind monitoring group said the naval base was the main target in the attack.
