Ukrainian troops have struck strategic military facilities in Russian-held parts of the country as well as deep in Russia, the General Staff of Ukrainian Armed Forces reported on Tuesday.
A Russian repair unit was hit in eastern Donetsk region, near the settlement of Yalta. In an attack on southeastern Zaporizhzhia region, Ukrainian troops hit raining centre for UAV pilots and FPV drone production near the settlement of Komysh-Zoria. In addition, Russia troop concentrations was targeted near Khliborobne.
Earlier on Sunday, a strike was reported on an enemy UAV command post in Russia’s border Kursk region near the village of Tyotkino. Another UAV control site, operated by a unit from the “Rubicon” center, was struck near the village of Vysoke in the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region.
Additionally, in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region near Fedorivka, a Russian field depot storing fuel and lubricants was hit.
The General Staff of Ukrainian Armed Forces said Russia’s losses caused due to the attacks were being clarified. The General Staff stressed that the Ukrainian defence forces will continue to systematically implement measures aimed at weakening the combat potential of the Russian “aggressor”.
In another operation, drone operators from the Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 68th Separate Jaeger Brigade named after Oleksa Dovbush struck a number of Russian howitzers in their area of responsibility. Thus, three D-30 howitzers, and an ammunition depot belonging to the Russian army were taken out during the operation.
